Replace fuel line on in-hull tank?

Hey all,
New to the forum. I tried searching, and found one reasonable thread, but would love some more detail.
1992 2100 Sportfish with 200hp Merc.
The line from the tank is original, and is cracked on the surface, I can only imagine what the inside of the line looks like considering ethanol fuels...
Where does the line connect to the tank? I can see where it goes from the water separator into the hull, but then I quickly lose sight of it.

Also, there is a white device on the exit side of the water separator with a couple wires coming from it. What might this be? Gauge sender for GPH?

Thanks in advance.

I did it!
The fitting is on the top of the tank, near the stern. There was an access port near it, but I still had to shove my hand into a really tight spot and dig deep for some patience. In the end, I pulled out a rather perforated old fuel line and am optimistic that this will cure my problem.

Next, to tackle my charging problem.
